Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Shop Technician to join our team. As a Shop Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to the construction and modification of shipping containers. This is a hands-on role that requires strong building knowledge and attention to detail. Quality workmanship is the number one requirement.
Duties:
- Fabrication
- Welding
- Framing
-Electrical
-HVAC
-Painting
- Use precision measuring instruments to build
- Collaborate with team members to build custom projects
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with inventory management of spare parts and supplies
Skills:
- Strong mechanical and fabrication knowledge and aptitude
- Welding
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Experience in field service is a plus
