Simple Technology Solutions (STS) is looking for a Senior SQL Administrator to add to our team.
Quick Position Overview:

The Role:
The Senior SQL Administrator at STS will play a critical role in designing, deploying, and supporting SQL solutions at an enterprise scale. Success in this position involves leading successful deployments, producing comprehensive technical documentation, and ensuring robust support for SQL environments in Azure. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and performance of our database systems, contributing to STS's commitment to delivering high-quality technology solutions.
The Senior SQL Database Administrator at STS will:
- Design, deploy, and support SQL solutions at an enterprise scale.
- Administer SQL environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Deploy SQL solutions in Azure, leveraging cloud technologies.
- Produce detailed technical documents and engineering diagrams.
- Lead successful deployments of enterprise-class solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 8 years' position-related experience
- Expert level understanding of SQL Server
- Administering SQL in an enterprise environment
- Deploying SQL solutions in Azure
- Leading deployments of enterprise-class solutions
- Producing technical documents and engineering diagrams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Team-focused mindset
Preferred Certifications:
- Relevant certifications that demonstrate expertise in SQL and Azure
