Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Support Technician Level 1 at Simplelogix located in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. As a Support Technician Level 1, you will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and effectively communicating with customers to resolve their technical problems.
This role requires driving a company vehicle to customer sites so a valid drivers license with a clean driving record is a must
Qualifications
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in software development, familiarity with network configurations, and relevant certifications such as CompTIA A or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).
