Position Summary

A Producer is a licensed insurance sales representative with Commercial trucking or Personal Auto experience. As a Producer, this role will be part of a team focused on helping grow the product line's revenue by offering products responding to the requests and needs of prospects and current customers who need insurance. The Producer works under the supervision of the Senior Director of Insurance Services.

Responsibilities

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Develop insurance quotes and close sales.
• Educate all customers on cross and up-sell opportunities including other compliance products.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain high client retention and product loyalty.
• Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists.
• Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases

Requirements

• Property and Casualty (P&C) Licensed desirable or working toward it.
• Minimum of 2-year insurance sales or customer service experience
• Experienced within an insurance agency is preferred with knowledge of commercial trucking insurance coverages or personal auto with high sales volume.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly desired
• Work Onsite (Miami ) Monday trough Friday.
