Role:

The Sr. Project Manager supports the VP of Line of Business and the Client Partner, managing the company's delivery interaction with client accounts. This role ensures professional and knowledgeable handling of day-to-day client deliverables, leading to positive client responses. The Sr. Project Manager must quickly learn, adapt, solve problems strategically, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact between Simplify Healthcare and the client's project management team.
• Lead internal/external kickoff meetings and facilitate the client discovery phase with Product Consultants, Business Analysts, and Client Partner.
• Develop project plans based on discovery discussions and documentation with support from Product Consultants and Business Analysts.
• Manage all customer communications including project planning, schedules, milestones, status reports, invoicing, and organization of project artifacts.
• Present standard status reports to the client, ensuring accuracy and completeness with input from the Scrum Master and Product Consultants.
• Track and manage the implementation budget, forecast spending, and monitor revenue forecasts in partnership with the Scrum Master.
• Oversee incident management, change controls, problem management, and scope management, collaborating with the Scrum Master and Product Consultant.
• Lead and guide the cross-functional team, including product solutions, development, quality assurance, and Scrum Master, to ensure effective implementation.
• Assist clients and internal resources in prioritizing deliverables during conflicting demands.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in Healthcare Payer industry
• Knowledge of Information Technology products/services.
• Experience in Project Implementation and Optimization.
• Familiarity with on-shore/off-shore team structures and Agile software development.
• Ability to manage stressful situations and adapt to rapidly changing environments and requirements.
• Experience working with Account Teams, Customers, Service Delivery, and Operations.
• Creative, flexible thinker with initiative to propose alternative solutions.
• Excellent customer service skills and dedication to high customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional documentation and communication skills.
