Simpluris is Hiring a Salesforce & Research Manager Near Orlando, FL

The Salesforce & Research Manager is responsible for sales enablement strategy creation and execution for all legal administration business development at Simpluris. This includes a comprehensive CRM (salesforce) strategy, execution of annual plan, and continuous research for sales opportunities. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role will expand upon the foundation of business intelligence tools and create a winning strategy that leads to sales pipeline growth and eventually, revenue. The manager will align sales analytics and tactical efforts to help achieve Simpluris' Executive Objectives, Annual Operating Plan, and Annual Marketing Plan.
The ideal candidate for Salesforce & Research Manager:
  • is a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic B2B environment. If they have not worked in legal administration before, they should be interested in gaining a deep understanding of the industry and the sales cycle
  • is comfortable working towards high-level corporate objectives while responding to urgent needs from across the organization
  • is experienced in project management with the ability to juggle multiple assignments at once, while upholding a high quality of work and keen attention to detail. This person often identifies and addresses roadblocks
  • has excellent prioritization skills, ensuring delivery of all projects on time with the highest quality
  • is solutions-oriented and comfortable wearing many hats. They are constantly learning & developing their skillset.
RequirementsJob SummaryCustomer Relationship Management OwnerDesign and maintain Salesforce platform, managing company-wide user profiles. Ensure all CRM users are reporting activity, tracking opportunities, and completing fields in a way that optimizes Simpluris' selling rules. Create dashboards and other analytics tools to enable weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and benchmarking. Support all integrations including sales data flowing in and out of the CRM. Support related platforms including marketing automation tools.
Business Development IntelligenceLeveraging industry information, provide timely leads and insight to business development team throughout the sales cycle. This includes identifying and assigning new "Hot Leads", tracking milestones of existing opportunities for timely communications, and providing intel to marketing team for use in campaigns and events. The Research Manager conducts competitor/market analysis, identifies "big picture" industry trends, and provides recommendations.
Marketing Strategy and Execution Attend weekly marketing meetings, collaborating closely with the team on campaigns. Examples include industry events, improvements to Simpluris.com, lead generation tactics, account based marketing initiatives, and creation of thought leadership campaigns.
Administrative Manage Business Development software budget. Recommend annual budget and execute monthly by negotiating annual subscription fees and adjusting seat license assignments. Current line items include Lex Machina, Law 360, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Pardot, Salesforce Inbox, Westlaw Edge, and Simpluris.com. Share best practices and suggest new tools as needed.
Cross Departmental Collaboration Participate in interdepartmental projects and meetings as needed. These include technology and development discussions, client services case kick-off, case closure, and finance/executive strategy meetings.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or related field, Legal Degree is a plus
  • 5 years of experience in legal or related field
  • 5 year of experience in CRM Management
  • Experience in Legal Administration or the desire to learn the industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex info clearly
  • Advanced Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud Administration, Microsoft Excel, and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot)
  • Ability to plan, manage and execute projects with cross functional stakeholders
  • Strong Microsoft Office Skills
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
