We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team! You will be responsible for customer service via phone and email, as well as sales support, billing, and administrative tasks. Lawn care or pest control office experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones
• Sales support and internal administrative tasks
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about our services
• Troubleshoot and resolve service issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

?Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Office administration, billing, and sales support
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Field Routes CRM experience is a plus
