Simpson Chevrolet Irvine is growing again! We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to help lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, leadership, CRM KPI's, and performance management for automotive.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure our strategic sales plans to achieve company sales goals are followed by our team members.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed daily targets
- Assist our company in continuing to build strong relationships with our clients
- Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights for improving performance
- Negotiate and close agreements with customers
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer interactions
- Collaborate with fellow managers to ensure alignment of sales strategies and performance management
-Desking/processing 80 to 90 sales transactions per month that meet our profitability objectives while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven successful and stable experience in automotive sales management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop a high-performing sales team
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data to drive informed decisions
- Experience in performance and accountability management.
- Familiarity with CRM software, Vin Solutions, for managing customer interactions
-Familiarity with finance and factory incentive programs.
-Familiarity and an ability to follow all laws and regulations that pertain to automotive retailing.
