A New York City-based real estate law firm is seeking a trial attorney to join its Landlord-Tenant practice group. Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in landlord-tenant resolution. Required skills include drafting predicate notices, pleadings, motions, complex settlement agreements, and conducting depositions. Strong negotiating skills and excellent computer and research skills are essential.
