Installation Scheduler

Sims-Lohman is currently accepting resumes from experienced Installation Schedulers for our Cleveland, Canton, and Pittsburgh Installation team based at our Brooklyn Heights, Ohio location. We install granite and quartz counter tops in Multi-Family, New Construction, and Customers Homes, and we need a strong scheduler to ensure our products are installed on-time and as efficiently as possible.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling of Template Measures, Installations, and Service Calls as required via telephone, email, or text.
• Negotiating deliveries and organizing delivery schedules to ensure effective use of company vehicles and personnel time
• Organize and post work orders and delivery orders.
• Update daily schedule in system via computer
• Responsible for updating staff, customers, and contractors on any schedule changes
• Providing Excellent Customer Service
• Provide additional organizational and support to the operations team as required.

Qualifications:

• 2 Years of experience performing installation scheduling.
• Strong Map skills for efficient scheduling
• Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize workload and effectively work with little supervision
• Knowledge of building materials installation a plus.
• Customer service background a plus.
• Strong background in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong typing skills and general office equipment.
