Job Title: Superintendent – Underground Utilities

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Utility Superintendent to join our team in Frisco, TX. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of underground utility construction projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Lead and mentor teams, conducting daily meetings to review progress and address challenges.
• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to determine project needs and deliverables.
• Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage project documentation and provide regular progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the underground utilities sector.
• Strong knowledge of underground utility construction methods, materials, and equipment.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
