Salary Range: $100,000-$125,000 (negotiable)

Position Summary
The Chief of Staff will play a vital role in supporting the CEO and ensuring the seamless execution of Sinc Constructors Co. strategic vision and operational goals. This individual will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, driving initiatives, optimizing processes, and fostering collaboration across departments to help Sinc remain an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Partner with the CEO to shape and implement the company’s strategic vision, ensuring alignment with Sinc’s mission and growth objectives.
- Operational Leadership: Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency, team performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Project Oversight: Manage high-priority projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, timelines, and deliverables to achieve organizational goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a key liaison between the CEO, employees, and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-up on priorities.
- Meeting Preparation and Execution: Organize and lead executive meetings, prepare agendas, analyze data, ensuring actionable outcomes.
- Team Collaboration: Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring alignment and accountability on company-wide initiatives.
- Innovation and Change Management: Drive the adoption of new technologies, training methods, and best practices to ensure Sinc remains an industry leader.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience in leadership, consulting, or operational role, ideally within construction or a related industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and driving organizational priorities.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software; experience with industry-specific platforms is an advantage.
- High level of discretion, emotional intelligence, and adaptability.
