As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Compulse, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and engaging with local media companies and advertising agencies.
Your primary responsibility will be to build and nurture relationships with these key stakeholders who are interested in leveraging digital marketing services such as CTV, programmatic display / audio / video, and other solutions offered by Compulse.
You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, setting meetings, and ultimately contributing to the expansion of Compulse's client base.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $50,000 to $60,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidates’ relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, sick leave, vacation time, personal time, parental leave and employee stock purchase plan.
