About The RoleThe Campaign Director reports into the Executive Director and oversees and manages the portfolio of SINE's US clients, whilst liaising with internal teams to ensure activity is effective and delivered on time, in line with broader marketing campaigns. This is a pivotal, yet varied, role within the SINE team with the focus on managing existing client accounts to assist them in driving commercial growth, as well as growing the agency's portfolio. ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy
Work with Paid Media Account team members (primarily based in the UK) to coordinate planned campaigns with external agencies and ensure these run effectively and efficiently, with a clear understanding of the main objectives and wider context.
Lead on broader strategies for clients through effective communication & problem solving, and respond to requests and making sure deadlines across all activities.
Work closely with the internal Channel Directors/ Specialists and Creative Strategy team to evaluate channel and creative mix, and oversee the successful and timely delivery of all campaign components
Actively support the Account Directors and teams with strategic planning, reporting and budget management for campaigns, including opportunities for testing and applied learnings
Understand the evolving needs of clients including new industry trends or requirements to provide recommendations to both clients and internal teams regarding the development of appropriate services and technology
Develop innovative opportunities for SINE clients outside of paid media, including SEO and Tech, and act as a conduit between internal teams and manager for cross-department projects
Client Relationship Management
Own and develop relationships with new and existing clients by acting as a strategic partner and SINE representative to key US clients and within the wider industry.
Demonstrate exemplary communication and regularly evaluate ways of working to ensure SINE teams provide first-class service to clients
Be the key touchpoint day-to-day for clients and partners across campaigns, alongside the Paid Media Account team
Work to constantly identify new opportunities to support current clients outside of paid media and nurture these long-term relationships.
Business Development
Actively pursue new business opportunities by continuous networking and conducting market research. Establish and nurture strong working relationships with potential clients, working to understand their needs and educate them in SINE's proprietary approach, products and expertise
Work to continually identify and develop new marketing strategies that do not conform with long standing and archaic practices in the live entertainment industry
Take the lead on all new business proposal presentations and negotiate terms on new campaigns
Work with SINE's Finance team to ensure timely delivery of statements of work and invoicing across US campaigns
Continually monitor client fee income and profitability vs targets, and contribute to financial planning with the senior management team
Cultivate new strategic partnerships with media outlets, tourism boards, and hospitality brands to further service client campaigns
Industry Knowledge
Continue to maintain and develop an advanced understanding of Broadway theatre and the US live entertainment industry, including key players and external agencies
Produce regular industry insights and client case studies to further educate the team and clients on industry learnings, insights and benchmarks
Embody a passion for the sectors in which SINE operates, with a professional curiosity and knowledge of new and emerging businesses and producing talent
Partake in regular internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions with colleagues and industry professionals
Represent the company at various industry conferences and events throughout the year
About You
5 years of strategic campaign management experience, ideally within live entertainment
Demonstrable understanding and knowledge of Broadway theatre and the US live entertainment industry including key players and external agencies
Demonstrable ability to work effectively with teams across different time zones and regions
Collaborative and team-oriented approach, with excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills
Ability to influence and consult with stakeholders to ensure best outcomes on behalf of SINE and our clients
Proven knowledge and experience in managing digital strategy and campaigns through digital marketing channels
Commercially savvy mindset, with experience working with, and monitoring client fee income and profitability
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong strategic and analytical planning skills, with a track record of successful problem-solving
Experience leading a small team and managing their performance & output is desirable
Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach, adept at navigating change and ambiguity
A calm, measured and mature approach in the face of potentially challenging situations presented by team members, clients and other stakeholders
Strong planning and organisation skills with the ability to re-prioritise as required, work with extreme accuracy and meet targets and deadlines
Proven practical knowledge of Google Drive and/or Microsoft Office Applications, especially Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint

Benefits & Perks
A competitive salary between $95,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience
24 days PTO per calendar year, which will increase with length of service at one additional day per year, capped at 3 days, (plus extra time off over the Christmas period)

LOCATIONOur New York office is based in the heart of Time Square. We currently operate a hybrid working week, including Tuesday-Thursday in the office with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
