We’re looking for a smart, self-motivated, and detail-oriented project manager to lead several agile teams that will help design and engineer new safety and notification features for InformaCast.
Education Requirements:
College grad with at least two years of experience managing software teams and/or has a background working in a technical position.
Job Duties:
- Manage the project lifecycle from start to finish to deliver Singlewire’s product roadmap for 2-3 agile teams
- Collaborate closely with product, UX, and development teams to make sure requirements are clearly defined and impediments are removed for the teams
- Identify, escalate, and mitigate project risks
- Coach and guide teams in dealing with development issues and foster a continuous improvement cycle
- Work with the product team to maintain and prioritize team and sprint backlog
- Lead team meetings such as daily stand-ups, planning meetings, and retrospectives
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least two years leading agile software teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for personal growth and continuing education
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude, even in stressful situations
- Experience with Jira is preferred but not required
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
