Singnala
 is seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Event Coordinator in New York to support event planning and execution. This role involves assisting in organizing company events, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and organizing events
  • Manage event logistics such as venue setup and catering
  • Coordinate with vendors and staff during events
  • Handle event-related administrative tasks
  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
