Sinomax is currently hiring for 1st shift Production/Manufacturing Supervisors This is a full time position for immediate start! (after background and drug screening). 

This best candidate for this role will have...5 years Supervisory experience in manufacturing.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, including Excel and Word.
• MRP/WMS system: SAP knowledge preferred
• Willingness and INTEREST in working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving manufacturing environment.
• Interest in complex mechanical systems and in learning, implementing, and making improvements to manufacturing processes.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, customers and suppliers.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, train, and develop personnel for internal growth while meeting/exceeding production requirements.
• 4-year degree in related field strongly preferred. 

The position will 

• Supervise a team of 25-60 team members on a designated shift.
• Conduct trials to develop new and improved manufacturing processes.
• Provide analytical expertise for process improvements.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and solve process issues.
• Direct/facilitate continuous improvement teams and training.
• Must be able to hold both self, and team accountable to set metrics/behaviors set by Sinomax
• Analyze data to identify root causes of defects or process variation and implement corrective action in conjunction with Manufacturing.
• Improve manufacturing efficiencies, analyzing workflow, space requirements, proper methodology, and equipment and cell layout.
• Document equipment/process abnormalities to follow up corrective actions and /or process improvements.
• Assist with development, experimental and investigative projects
