Sioux City Ford Lincoln is looking to fill a key position in our organization. As a Service Greeter/Porter you will be responsible for assisting the service staff to ensure our customers receive excellent service. This individual will help give our guests an even higher level of service.

Essential Duties:

• Greet customers when they arrive for service.
• Transport service customers to and from area locations.
• Assist with customer vehicle redelivery process.
• Keep shop and customer area clean.
• Provide prompt, friendly, and efficient hospitality services, with adequate knowledge of surrounding areas.
• Providing other services as needed.

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills:

• Must be 18 or over & insurable under Dealership commercial insurance policies.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Must speak clearly and always convey a professional image.
• Ability to work well with customers and present a friendly, helpful attitude always.
• Must follow Dealership safety policies and practices, and immediately report all accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
• Must speak and write English fluently, Spanish fluency is optional but beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
