**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry and possess knowledge of bartending techniques and customer service. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes - Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations - Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment - Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age - Handle cash transactions using POS systems - Upsell additional products when appropriate - Collaborate with other staff to ensure customer satisfaction **Requirements:** - Previous experience in bartending or a related role - Knowledge of basic math for handling transactions - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar systems is a plus - Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Understanding of retail math for inventory management - Ability to work in a restaurant or banquet setting - Experience in brewing or mixology is advantageous If you are passionate about creating memorable experiences for customers through your bartending skills, we would love to hear from you.
