Job DescriptionCrystal Ice MachinesICE MACHINE MANAGER OPERATOR 60K and aboveCrystal Ice has been a leader in commercial ice machine sales, service, maintenance and rentals with a focus on excellent customer service since 1992. We are currently seeking a Commercial Ice Machine Manager Operator.
Requirements:EPA license. Minimum of 3 years of commercial ice machine experience as well as
small business management experience.Duties include:

Requirements:EPA license. Minimum of 3 years of commercial ice machine experience as well as
small business management experience.Duties include:
- Follow and complete all required documentation.
- Troubleshoot any equipment related problems with ice machines and water filtration systems.
- Perform Preventative Maintenance on the equipment, as well as maintain PM documentation.
- Answer service-related calls and schedule repairs using a dispatch system.
- Develop and maintain a service schedule.
- Order parts for repairs and sales.
- Oversee warranty claims are implemented in a proper and timely manner.
- Keep the warehouse organized and processes in place for repair, clean and preparation for installation.
- Keep all account(s) and equipment clean and well maintained and manage parts inventory.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or required based on business and customer needs.
- Ability to read and write English, interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals, etc. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- 3 Years minimum ice machine experience preferred.
- EPA License required.
- Driver's License required.
- Ability to work a full-time schedule.
- Ability to raise, lower, climb and balance on ladders safely.
- Ability to work at ease at elevated heights (including on a roof).
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to utilize technology to maximize efficiency.
- Must have a good driving record and pass a background check.
- Exceptional written and spoken communication that is clear and concise.
