Job Title: Barista
Overview:
Join our team as a Barista and be part of a vibrant, fun, and fast-paced café environment. As a Barista, you will play a key role in making delicious beverages and provide excellent service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages following recipes with precision
- Greet customers warmly, take orders, and process payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, dining area, lending library, and outdoor seating area
- Uphold the highest standards of quality control for all beverages served
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to enhance the guest experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

Skills:
- A background in food service, front of house, or retail
- Proficient in basic math for cash handling and order processing

- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
