Requirement:

Job Description & Skill Requirement:

· Study HW block diagram /PCB of a specific board and programming SPEA machine and demonstrate proper operation and repeatability on sample boards

· Preparation of fault database (Microsoft Excel preferred) to capture faults related to each part in a mass testing environment.

· Demonstrate successful correlation between failure modes (via ATI bench tester) to SPEA 4080 results.

· Identification of failed PCB component(s)

· Adjustments of measurement values and windows

· Very good understanding of HW schematic and Layouts

· Hardware design, system/product level experience, Project Management, customer interface, HDLC.

Must have skills:

• SPEA programming, EOL testing, Understanding of Schematic/PCB Layout
