Roles & Responsibilities

GIS Expertise

  • Collaborates across teams (solution engineers, product owner, scrum master, project manager, business analyst) to plan, execute, test, and deploy GIS work within the Scrum framework.
  • Demonstrates ability to work directly with the product owner and key business unit members to gather input on project scope.
  • Recommends tools and functionalities within the ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 ecosystem to meet project requirements.
  • Performs basic troubleshooting for end-user issues related to data loading or unexpected tool behavior (limited to "front-end" troubleshooting; excludes platform and admin tools).
  • Understands best practices within ArcGIS Enterprise to promote a well-maintained, organized, and efficient GIS ecosystem.

Collaboration

  • Works closely with Project Management, Business Analyst, and Infrastructure job families.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
