Job Title: Nurse Practitioner/ICU

Location: Naperville, IL

Duration: 13 weeks with possible extend

Schedule: Nights 7 pm - 7 am/ 36 guaranty hrs per Week

Weekend Rotation: Every third weekend

Pay rate: $82/hr. On W2 without benefits

Note:

Flu shot required

*Client can cancel 1 shift every 4 wks

On-call Requirements: no

Holidays Requirements: As needed

Floating Requirements: n/a

Experience Required: Must have EPIC and Merge Charting Experience, minimum 2 yrs. APRN with Critical Care experience

License Required: Active DEA, NPI license, Active RN- IL and APRN with Critical Care certified

Certificates Required: BLC, ACLS

Job Description:

· "Admission, codes, orders, some a-lines, basic patient care Will not see pediatric patients."

Responsibilities:

· Performing physical exams and patient observations.

· Recording patients' medical histories and symptoms.

· Creating patient care plans and contributing to existing ones.

· Ordering, administering, and analyzing diagnostic tests.

· Monitoring and operating medical equipment.

· Diagnosing health issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $81.00 - $82.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week

• Night shift

• 3x12
