Technical / Functional Skills :

Strong knowledge of desktop / laptop hardware

Good knowledge of Win 10 Win 11 & MS Office

Knowledge of Mac OS is preferred

Understanding of daily operations and delivery processes

Application / software installation and trouble shooting

Knowledge / exposure on ticketing tools(Service Now)

Windows systemadministration

Strong TroubleshootingSkills

Hardware operating system & softwareknowledge of laptops desktops & mobile devices printersetc.

Working knowledge of supporting computerperipherals like printer scanners and nonstandard devicesetc.

Understanding of active directorynetworking

Hardware operating system &software knowledge

Roles& Responsibilities

Provides secondlineinvestigation and diagnosis.

Resolves andcloses incidents / service requests as per the procedures &allocated timelines

Logs relevantincident / service request details as per process in ITSMtool.

Communicates with client regardingincident progress

Ensures tickets are updatedat all times until issues are resolved

Complieswith Quality Health Safety Environment (QHSE) and ITpolicies

Liaises with clients IT support groupsand 3rd party providers when necessary

Performsstaging of PCs

Performs IMAC (Install Move Addand Change) of End user hardware (Laptops desktops mobile devicesprinters desk phones meeting room devices etc).

Conducts hardware and software maintenance and support

Troubleshoots and resolves PC incidents and / or VIPrequests

Assists with Site Security Officer(SSO) on IT security issues and virus elimination

Creates / maintain documentation for scope ofwork

Special events coverage meeting room &VCON & voice devices support

Centralizedhardware and Spare part stocking and local site inventorymanagement and asset management

Stockmanagement

Break fix services to nearest smallsites leveraging shipping options (Device exchange or LoanerPC)

Hardware vendor coordination for Breakfix

Imaging & provisioning of devices.Setup and build workstations

PC and otherdevices logistics management

Coordinateactivities with third parties to resolve the IT issues or completeservice requests

Follow standard operatingprocedures as documented in the knowledge managementsystem.

Providing trainings / demos when neededto end users

Onsite admin tasks e.g. backup OSmigration.

Onsite Operational support ofIndustrial mobility devices

MobilityOperational support for company owned mobile phones / tabletdevices and BYOD

Asset Disposal

Coordinate with regional / global support groups forendtoend request resolution and escalation.

Operational support of Buyer certified standalone printers (driverinstallation / connectivity and printer software relatedtroubleshooting

Operational support fornonnetwork connected HBO AIO Printer / Scanner / Fax

Loading / Reloading of PCs with standard image fordeployment of CME Kiosk Machines
