JobDescription :
Experience in P2P IndirectProcurement is mandatory.
- 5 yearsexperience in Coupa.
- Experience in Coupa as anADMIN in a Support environment
Goodto Have :
- ETL Experience Oracle SOAPeopleSoft CODA Technology API
- Ability tomanage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrainedtimeline.
- Experience working on ServiceNowAzure Devops
- Experience working in Agilemethodology.
- Experience working in ERPs S4Hana Maximo JD Edwards
Manage common CoupaAdmin tasks Configure Content Groups Enterprise Company Codes Chartof Accounts approval chains PO Customizations Tax codes POTransmission methods understand requirements around requisitionsPOs Invoices and configure workflow receipts and tolerances Deploybest Coupa practices.
Enable cXML SuppliersPunch outs & Catalogues Contracts PO cXML and Invoicetransmission process Compliant Invoicing Invoice Posting in SAPOracle and other NonSAP ERP Systems.
Interactwith the customer and do FIT Gap Analysis Manage Coupa ReleaseUpgrade do impact analysis SIT / UAT Testing Understand Integrationsbetween Coupa PeopleSoft HR Oracle and Supplier Systems with 5experiences.
Experience working on P2Pintegration objects such as Suppliers Accounting Elements UsersOK2PAY Payment and Oracle EB Tax Sabrix is a plus.
Coupa Certification required.
Experience in any ETL / Middleware tool used for Datamigration or sync Bulk Transformation Data Customization functions(concatenating substring and so) Data Mapping Performance Loganalysis / Audit is a plus
Assists in thedevelopment of detailed system specifications for major businesssystems or technical support and / or development integration andimplementation projects.
Applies systemssolutions to business / technical problems through customerinteractions design debugging testing andintegration / implementation of automated information technologysystems and components.
Specificknowledge / experience with Procure to Pay businessprocesses / applications and knowledge / experience with Informaticaexperience is a plus.
Competent to perform allprogramming development and integration assignments without closesupervision
Works independently on complex processesand modules that may be used by one or more programs orsystems.
Performs integrated testing andcustomer acceptance testing of system components that requirescareful planning and execution to ensure timely qualityresults.
