Job Description -
Responsibilities:

Develop Tableau and Power BI dashboards and other reporting systems to create visibility into data and performance trends.

Create business solutions to improve overall efficiency, productivity, and management of operating organizations.

Work closely with key business stakeholders to discuss organizational needs and gather dashboard requirements.

Collaborate with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and IT to ensure data view tables and data sources are accurate and efficient.

Gather and write detailed business requirements and translate them into technical specifications/System Requirement Specifications (SRS).

Describe system interfaces and business process specifications.

Required Skills/Experience:

Minimum 2-5 years of demonstrated experience and expertise with the following technologies and skills:

o Highly skilled in visual analytics.

o Capable of working with business users to gather requirements and create user stories.

o Proficient in Azure DevOps or similar sprint management tools.

o Expertise in Tableau Desktop (dashboard creation, report authoring and troubleshooting, data source management).

o Expertise in Power BI (dashboard creation, report authoring and troubleshooting, data source management).

o Proficient in SQL (able to write and edit queries).

o Experience in building and publishing interactive dashboards on Tableau Server.

o Knowledge of scheduling dashboards for automatic data refresh.

o Proficiency in data blending.

o Ability to create action filters, parameters, and calculations for preparing dashboards and worksheets in Tableau.

o Experience in testing, cleaning, and standardizing data to meet business standards.

Additional Skills (Preferred but not Required):

Well-organized and detail-oriented with demonstrated flexibility to handle multiple assignments.

Comfortable working directly with business users, as well as IT team members.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Comfortable running requirement gathering sessions with business users.
