We are known for our commitment to quality, customer service, and a wide selection of diamonds, luxury watches, jewelry, estate jewelry, fine gifts, and antiques.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate at our Conway, Pine Bluff, Jonesboro, Little Rock, AR locations. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, showcasing our products, and providing excellent customer service. You will also participate in inventory management, sales transactions, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in retail sales is preferred
- Knowledge of jewelry and gemstones is a plus
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
