Responsibilities:

- Conduct fitness classes and provide instruction to participants in various disciplines such as group fitness classes like step aerobics, HIIT workouts, interval training, resistance bands etc.

- Educate participants on proper form, technique, and safety during workouts.

- Develop and implement fitness programs tailored to the needs and goals of individual clients.

- Provide personalized coaching and motivation to help clients achieve their fitness objectives.

- Maintain a clean and organized workout area.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a fitness instructor or in a related role.

- Strong knowledge of anatomy, exercise physiology, and program design.

- Certification in group fitness instruction or personal training is preferred.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals of all fitness levels.

- A passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their fitness goals.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 – 4 per week
