Janitorial Administrative Assistant

Overview :

We are seeking a bilingual, entry level (1 year experience) Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in greeting clients, administrative tasks, organizational skills and the ability to also help with janitorial / cleaning as needed.

Responsibilities :

• Answering phones
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
• Assist with the preparation of conferences & luncheons
• Manage office supplies
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Restock restroom paper products and soap dispensers
