SitelogIQ is Hiring a Sales Development Representative - SDR Near Grand Rapids, MI

SitelogIQ Commercial & Industrial (C&I) delivers turnkey energy-efficiency and property improvement programs that transform built environments and breathe life into the sustainability, financial, and ESG goals of organizations across the U.S. Our mission is to make it easy for our clients to accelerate sustainability and ESG goals to ensure their facilities are healthy, optimized, and exceed the long-term needs of their occupants.

Our Sales Development Representative will work onsite at our Grand Rapids, MI location, and will work within a team to design, create and manage outbound lead generation processes and activities. This role will partner with our National Accounts Sales team to team to identify target customers and assist in setting appointments with decision makers, and report on results and key metrics of outbound lead generating activities. This position will be designated as an on-site role, with up to 10% travel to other areas as needed for meetings and conferences in other areas of the US.

Sales Development Representative Responsibilities

  • Design, create, and manage outbound lead generation processes and activities via phone, email, Linkedin, etc.
  • Building and maintaining a customer targeting matrix
  • CRM administration
  • Marketing Support
  • Use of software tools and internal resources to build success

Sales Development Representative Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Two years of experience in a B2B sales environment
  • Experience with contact data platforms such as ZoomInfo and Apollio.io
  • Experience creating large-scale drip email campaigns is preferred
  • Prior experience with a current CRM Platform
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, including multi-tasking skills
  • Understanding and expertise in current business applications and technologies
  • Preferred experience in graphic design, video editing, photos hop, and adobe suite software
