Position OverviewOur Warehouse Associates help achieve world-class branch performance while contributing to and supporting the overall branch strategy, performance, and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Receive purchase orders and transfers and receives inter-company transfers
- Process outgoing shipments of products via UPS or other delivery methods
- Delivery driving if needed (NON CDL)
- Document and resolves discrepancies related to transfers and purchase orders
- Stock product in correct warehouse location
- Process customer orders and provides technical advice
- Pull orders and prepares loads for delivery to customer
- Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks
- Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Green Resource, 1218 Management Way, Garner, NC 27529
- Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm with overtime as neeeded
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds consistently, on a regular basis
- Forklift experience is a plus, but we're willing to train
- Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working
- Landscaping product knowledge is helpful, but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
