This is an outstanding opportunity for a Family Practice/Internal Physician to join the staff of this quality care oriented Hospital facility in the greater Tulsa, OK area.

Job Description

• The Family Practice Physician will M-F day shift hours.
• There is no on-call responsibility. 

Qualifications

Qualifications 

• Graduate of an accredited medical school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO). 
• Completion of Accredited Family Practice or Internal Medicine Residency.
• Board Eligible or Board Certification in specialty must be kept current.
• New graduates who have completed a residency are welcome to apply Board Eligible or Board Certification in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
• Unrestricted license to practice in any state.
• Current DEA certificate without restrictions. BLS, ACLS, ATLS must all be current
