Equivalent practical experience in the field/position is acceptable. A strong technical knowledge is desired and field experience is a great asset. Ability to read and understand construction documents including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings. Clear understanding of the documentation and processes between the owner, architect and contractor. Clear understanding of commercial construction means and methods. Strong communication skills & leadership ability. Must be computer literate, preferring experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and/or Suretrak and other construction related software. Motivated/ Solid work ethic Computer software proficient (MSapps, scheduling and CM software experience a plus) Solid understanding of processing of submittals, RFI's, project close out, meeting minutes, etc. Ability to read and understand blueprints and specifications Prefer experience level of at least 1year in the position, but might be open to a new grad with the proper degree Limited travel Additional Information
