We welcomed our little girl Nola Ember on 4/4/24. She is a feisty, alert and adorable baby. She will be 4 months old when I return to work. We are older parents in our 40’s. We both work from home; my husband Vince is a software engineer and I work for a law firm in an administrative role while also going to school part time at Northwestern. We are basically Gen X nerds who are very easy to get along with. No pets and non-smokers.We require a nanny to focus on taking care of the baby while we both WFH. I breastfeed and supplement with formula so bottle feeding and bringing baby to me is necessary. Minimal housekeeping expected and we have a small house so it would not be very demanding. I have celiac disease so a nanny who is allergy-aware is helpful since I must maintain a gluten-free kitchen, but we will make our own meals/snacks.Our home is on the northwest side near Montrose & Pulaski. To start out, would like care for 30/hrs week from 7AM to 1:00PM with potential for full days and/or nights and weekends.
