Looking for temporary in-home care for 90 year old woman recently returning home from hospital and rehabilitation post broken hip. Duties will include but not limited to helping with activities of daily living, coordinating her needs/appointments with PT and OT, driving to appointments, reporting back daily to family on how she is doing, helping with household tasks. Looking for approximately 4 hours each day. Slightly flexible on times. Pay negotiable based on experience. References required.
