Key Duties and Responsibilities :

• Supervise all in park operations, ensuring compliance with all food service and health department policies by enforcing proper food preparation and handling procedures.
• Develop a well-trained and efficient staff, including extended training for those who may be ready for promotion.
• Motivate and reward front line staff to improve TMV.
• Continually monitor stock levels, inventory counts, cleanliness, staffing and product display within assigned area to achieve budgeted goals.
• Implement guest service programs and continually follow up with staff on service techniques to improve GSS.
• Ensure the safety of all team members and guests.
• Evaluate front line management within assigned area.
• Ensure all front line staff are in compliance with proper cash handling procedures at all times
• Make recommendations regarding team member hiring, promotions and corrective action.
• Identify areas for continued improvement to develop and implement strategies to enhance these areas.
• Comply with all Six Flags handbook policies at all times.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors in Hospitality, Culinary or Business Management preferred. Equivalent work experience will be considered.
• ServSafe certification preferred, not required
• Must be willing to work 40-50 hours per week, including before and after scheduled shifts if necessary and on weekends and holidays.
• Must be professional, energetic, self-motivated, have a positive attitude and able to motivate others.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Work, Excel and PowerPoint
