Job SummaryAssist IT Department with all job responsibilities.
Duties And Responsibilities
  • Maintain and routinely service all hardware and software.
  • Provide technical support to fellow employees.
  • Hardware, software and network installations and repair.
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware and network problems.
  • Inventory computer and network hardware/software.
  • Provide daily maintenance of season pass, turnstile, scanners & P.O. S. equipment.
  • Perform routine audits of all systems and all departments to investigate and repair any potential problems.
  • Other duties assigned by management.
Skills And Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Must be available Monday-Sunday.
  • Valid NYS driver’s license required.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Other.
  • Experience in the field of information systems.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.
  • Good communication skills required.
  • Good telephone skills required.
  • Must be able to bend, lift, carry and perform other duties involved in installing and checking hardware.
