Six Flags Magic Mountain is Hiring a Human Resources Scheduling Clerk $17.15/hr. Near Santa Clarita, CA
Pay Rate: $17.15/hr., ($17.90/hr. after certification).
Job Summary: The Human Resources Scheduling Clerk is responsible for supporting the daily functions of the Scheduling office for a variety of departments.
Key Duties And ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, direct, and control the scheduling of all departments through effective management.
Ensure that the operation of the department meets Six Flags high standards of fairness.
Ensure compliance to all Six Flags policies and DOL state laws as it pertains to scheduling.
Resolve any conflicts with scheduling (day off requests, school availability, etc.)
Perform other duties assigned by Supervision.
Reports to the Scheduling Supervision
Skills And QualificationsExcellent verbal and written skills
Proficiency in MS applications, above average in MS Excel is strongly preferred.
Excellent problem solving skills
The ability to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Overtime of adults may be required time to time in order to accommodate the business need.
Licenses & CertificationsRequiredDriver's License
