Job Summary: This position provides fully skilled technical services for the HVAC Department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·Maintain and repair Park A/C, Heating & Refrigeration equipment 

·Troubleshoot A/C, Heating & Refrigeration problems 

·Installation of duct work and A/C equipment 

·Installation of Refrigeration equipment 

Skills and Qualifications:

·Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in HVAC & Refrigeration 

·5 years' experience design and troubleshooting electrical HVAC & Refrigeration systems & equipment 

·5 years' experience troubleshooting mechanical/electrical systems, hydraulic & pneumatic equipment 

·Must be 18 years or older and have a valid Driver's License 

·Solid reading, verbal/written communication skills, and ability to keep accurate written records.

·Full availability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and Holidays 

·Knowledge and use of various test and service equipment 

·Knowledge of E.P.A. Standards and Regulations 

Qualifier:

·Level 1: Repair and maintenance of small appliances

·Level 2: Repair and maintenance of larger appliances that operate at high pressure

·Level 3: Repair and maintenance of larger appliances that operate at low-pressure

Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
