Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Door-to-Door B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, engaging in door-to-door prospecting to secure clients for our co-op postcard campaigns. This position is ideal for hard working individuals who excel in face-to-face sales, are adaptable, have a strong passion for sales, a keen understanding of customer needs, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment while working independently to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door sales to identify potential business clients and pitch our co-op postcard campaigns.
  • Engage in cold calling and email marketing as secondary methods to build client relationships.
  • Perform sales presentations and product demonstrations to promote our products and services.
  • Close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship-building.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must be adaptable with selling in various situations.
  • Background in B2B sales and business development.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.

  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Familiarity with sales management software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
