**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction project management and electrical.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
- Review project plans and specifications
- Field support
- Coordinate with jobsite foreman and general contractor
- Contract interpretation and review
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Manage billing and financial tracking for projects
- RFI, ASI review and pricing
- Change order reconciliation and processing
- Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable reporting and development
**Requirements:**
- Basic knowledge of accounting including SOV's, etc.
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Proficiency in project management tools such as ProCore, etc.
- Basic understanding of construction terms as they relate to electrical industry
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Ability to multi-task
- Communication with clients and prompt response
- Quick thinking and proactive
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
