Job Type:

· Part time with a potential to transition to a full-time position with benefits

What We Expect From You:

· Design individualized ABA programs

· Perform functional behavior assessments

· Train parents and staff in the delivery of individualized ABA plans

· Make regular supervision visits to clients’ homes and provide ongoing supervision and support for Behavior Interventionists (Bis)

· Conduct initial assessments

· Write and submit assessment reports and progress reports

· Ensure treatment fidelity by providing frequent feedback to Bis and parents

· Welcome feedback from supervisors and implement the feedback

· Practice cultural humility by respecting the cultural values of the families you work with, and ask questions to learn & develop your own cultural competency

· Work collaboratively with clients, families, and colleagues while maintaining professionalism

· Maintain high attendance

· Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

· Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

· At least 1 year experience supervising in-home ABA cases as a BCBA

· Reliable transportation (valid driver’s license, auto insurance)

· Passing background check (FBI & DOJ)

· Passing TB test clearance

· Residing within the LA surrounding areas

· Energetic and enthusiastic attitude

· Ability to take and implement constructive feedback
