Skaalen Retirement Services in Stoughton has a full time opening for a Maintenance Technician in our independent living retirement community. On our campus settings in Stoughton , we offer modern single-level affordable condominiums and support services to independent adults age 62 and older.

This 40 hour a week position pays $15.40-$21 an hour based on experience. The Maintenance Technician role offers a variety of duties with the upkeep of our condominiums, both interior and exterior, Monday –Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm. The position also includes occasional on-call hours for weekends.

The successful Candidate:

*Must be at least 18 years’ old

*One year’s experience in commercial maintenance work is preferred (willing to train the right candidate)

*Successfully complete a drug screen and background check

*Ability to lift/move up to 80 lbs.

*Ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs.

*Must have a valid Wisconsin Driver’s license
