This is a seasonal (February through September) position traveling to 50 stores in Washington and Oregon. Work with the stores to help ensure POG is correct, material is placed correctly, assist in merchandising, watering, working with the stores on sales opportunities. Help identify material that should be moved to clearance or discarded, perform cycle counts when needed, review and dispute credits when needed. Be the primary contact for the stores.

Establish communication with MSM (Merchandising Service Managers)

Required / Preferred Qualifications:

• A background in nursery, mass market and retail market are preferred.
• Required to have a valid Drivers License and good driving record.
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• A willingness to travel is required.
• Candidate should have strong people and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communicator with internal and external customers

High integrity and respect for confidentiality requirements

Intermediate competency in all Microsoft Office suites

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., twist and bend as standard work.
