Job Summary:As the Factory Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our Repair Station’s success. Your leadership will shape our operations, elevate customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. This role is not just about manufacturing; it’s about owning the entire business, from P&L responsibility to strategic sales initiatives.

Job Responsibilities, Experience, and Skills:

• Strategic Leadership: Assume overall responsibility for the Repair Station’s performance, including manufacturing and sales results
• Sales Focus: Collaborate closely with the Sales Team, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Process Excellence: Invest in process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
• Business Development: Identify growth opportunities and drive expansion
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities, motivating and inspiring your team
• Market Savvy: Understand global aerospace trends, especially in Commercial and US Military sectors
• Solution-Oriented: Tackle challenges head-on, embracing change and resolving conflicts
• Results-Driven: Assess performance metrics and proactively initiate improvements
• Coaching and Communication: Mentor and communicate effectively across all levels
• ITAR Compliance: As this role involves access to ITAR-protected information, US citizenship (or equivalent) is required
• Solid experience: Proven track record as an accountable business or manufacturing manager.
• Global Aerospace Acumen: Stay informed about industry trends, platforms, and programs.
• Sales Target Attainment: Solution-oriented mindset to achieve sales goals.
• Results-Driven Attitude: Take initiative to achieve desired outcomes.
• Effective Communication: Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Passion for Excellence: Committed to operational excellence and organizational change

Job Preferred Qualifications:

• FAA Expertise: Intimate knowledge of working with the FAA in the context of FAR 145 Repair Stations
• FAA-DER Experience: Familiarity with developing FAA-approved repairs
• Government Contracts: Experience in creating repair offers for the US Government is advantageous
