Responsibilities:
The Graduate Program in our Credit Risk Modelling team with focus on rating methods offers you an attractive career start. Through your involvement and active participation in a wide range of topics, you will gain a broad overview of the team's main areas of activity. In addition, you will gain exciting insights into other areas of risk management and other competence lines/divisions through an individually designed rotation plan. You also have the option of gaining experience abroad. On top of this, you will receive off-the-job training measures that will sharpen your profile personally and as a decision-maker.
As we are delivering the tools to steer the credit risk of the bank, the following topics will be in the focus of your activity:
  • New development and refinement of internal rating models
  • Monitoring and maintenance of existing rating models
  • Ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements as issued by ECB
  • Surveilling and ensuring the applicability of group-wide rating models
  • Ensuring the correct calculation of key risk parameters
Skills & Qualifications:
You also match with the following requirements:
You have recently completed OR you are in the final stages of your bachelor's/master's/PhD degree in a statistical or mathematical subject or Economics/Business Administration with quantitative focus or focus on data analytics/data science.
You already have first experiences working in a big company in the banking or insurance sector.
Numeric, optimization and stochastic are bringing you joy and not fear.
High affinity to numbers, analytical way of thinking and fast perception are your superpowers.
Knowledge of programing languages like SQL, SAS and LaTex are a plus.
Independent, goal-oriented and structured way of working are no foreign words for you.
Fun to work in a great team and strength in communication, so that you are able to present your working results properly.
You have good and clear communication skills with a profound level of Business English.
