Skilled Trades Services is currently looking for a Recruiter/ Office Assistant for the Davenport, IA area looking to start as soon as possible. This position entails data entry, answering phone, screening candidates, responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting top talent. Key duties include crafting compelling job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting initial assessments, and managing the interview processes, screening resumes, making cold calls, and other office duties involved. Starting off this is a part-time position, working 15-30 hours a week, Monday-Friday. This position could lead into a full-time premiant position. This position pays $15 an hour with commissions.
