Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled X-ray Technician to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating X-ray equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Perform X-rays on patients for diagnostic evaluation.
- Utilize a variety of imaging modalities including CT, PET scans, and mammography.
- Work in various medical settings such as urgent care, Level II Trauma Centers, and emergency medicine departments.
- Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques during imaging procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely imaging results.
Requirements:
- Certification as an X-ray Technician.
- Proficiency in operating X-ray equipment and knowledge of nuclear medicine.
- Experience in performing diagnostic imaging procedures including CT scans and mammography.
- BLS/ACLS
- ARRT
