**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative in Aerospace. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to analyze and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.

**Duties:**

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat

- Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution

- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction

**Skills:**

- Strong background in sales and customer service

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Proficiency in English; multilingual skills such as Spanish are a plus

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

- Experience with data entry and CRM systems is preferred
